Your first class

What an hour at the studio actually looks like

Nothing is rushed and nothing is left unexplained. Here is the shape of your first session, from the moment you walk in to the last resting pose.

  1. Arrive ten minutes early

Your mat is already laid out. The instructor asks how your body feels that day, and you change at your own pace.

  2. Settle and breathe

Five quiet minutes lying or sitting still, feeling the breath and the contact of your back with the floor.

  3. Wake up the foundations

Slow floor work: spine rolls, hip circles, small shoulder movements. This is where body awareness starts.

  4. Stand and move

Standing poses and standing Pilates sequences, broken into small steps. Hands-on guidance only when it helps.

  5. Cool down and rest

Gentle stretches, then guided rest. You leave with two or three things to notice during the week.

Questions beginners ask us most

Short answers on experience, clothing, group size and how the eight weeks unfold. If something is still unclear, call the studio at +380 509 075 6297.

No. The eight-week beginner program assumes you have never stepped on a mat. The opening weeks cover foundational techniques such as breathing, spinal alignment and simple transitions, before any shape is layered on top.
