1. Provider

florenxias.com is operated by florenxias.com, LLC, 42 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 03142, Ukraine, EDRPOU 36970092, Managing Director David Weber. Contact: contact@florenxias.com, +380 509 075 6297. Disclosed per the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.

2. Booking, prices and payment

Places are confirmed once payment is received. Pre-contract information is provided before you confirm, per the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at least 12 hours before class start for a full refund or transfer. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Cancellation rights follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

4. Health and conduct

You confirm you are fit to take part and follow instructor guidance. Site claims are truthful and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.

5. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. Storing or accessing information on your device needs your consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020.

6. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@florenxias.com; we reply within 10 business days. Dispute resolution is available under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.
